Would you like a blog?

Anyone who would like their own blog on the forum, please post below with details about what you would like your blog to be about and, if you have a preference, state where in the forum you think it should sit. An Admin will contact you about whether your blog is appropriate for the site and what will happen about setting it up.

A couple of rules:-

Blogs must be about topics related to the main theme of the forum - you can talk about anything at all, but the overall focus of your blog must have at least some relevance to the subjects of parenting or pregnancy or something else directly related to the site.
The Admin decision on proposed blogs will be final, however if your blog doesn't fit well with the forum we will give you pointers to make your blog suitable so that it does get accepted. Any discussion on proposed blogs (following the initial pitch on this post) will take place via PM.
Blogs must stay active - any blog that hasn't had a new entry from it's owner
for several weeks will be subject to removal or locking by Admins. In the case or removal (for blogs that have hardly been used at all), posts in the blog will be moved elsewhere in the forum, so discussions don't get lost. If you feel a blog has been removed unfairly, or you've returned after an absence, let an Admin know and your blog may be reinstated.
If more than one person wants to blog about very similar topics this isn't necessarily a problem - as long as each individual blog is relevant to the site, it stands a good chance of being accepted.
As with all posts on the forum, the general rules must apply to all blog entries and comments and entries are the views of the individual writing the blog and do not necessarily represent the view of YMs.
